Hal Munger

I believe in the power of theatrical and narrative improvisation.

I am the Artistic Director of the UnScripted Shakespeare Festival and the host of the podcast Muprov Musings.

My ensembles have been Thorn and Petal Stick and The Stanford Improvisors.

My improvisation is influenced and inspired by the teachings of Henry Kandel, Lisa Rowland, Inbal Lori, Mark Smith, and Flock Theatre.

I have a Masters in Collaborative Performance Making from Guildhall, and have done shorter trainings with Dell’Arte International and LAMDA.
